Starting prices for a small site with up to 3 drinking points; a typical 4-point site rents for $299 a month (water) or $449 (water + air). Rental plans run on a 3-year agreement that renews yearly after that, with a reminder 60 days before each renewal; equipment is repaired or replaced free while you're on a plan. Bought equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, extended while you keep a care plan. Prefer a technician to change filters? Add partner visits to any plan. Every quote is fixed in writing before anything is ordered.

Good to know.
Do we need a plumber every time a filter is changed?
Usually not. Most cartridges change by hand in a few minutes, and we send simple instructions. A plumber is only needed when new equipment is installed, or for the rare filter that needs tools.
Which areas do you cover?
Care plans, filter deliveries and testing work anywhere in the US. Installation is carried out by licensed local partners; we're building the network state by state, starting with Michigan, Illinois and New Jersey. Tell us where your sites are and we'll confirm within one business day.
Does this help with Michigan's Filter First law?
Yes. Filter First requires filters certified to NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 on drinking and food-prep taps in schools and childcare centers, cartridges replaced on time, a drinking water management plan and lead testing every two years. We supply the filters, deliver replacements on schedule, send test kits and keep your records. You stay responsible for compliance, and we make the routine work easy.
Are the products certified?
Water filters carry their manufacturers' NSF/ANSI certifications for particulates (Standard 42) and lead reduction (Standard 53), and for PFAS where you choose it. Air purifiers use true HEPA filters. Water tests are analyzed by state-certified labs.
Can you maintain equipment we already have?
Yes, including bottle fillers and purifiers from state programs. We'll identify the right replacement filters and put them on your schedule.
How does the rental agreement work?
Rental plans run for 3 years, which is what lets us include the equipment and installation with no upfront cost. After that they renew yearly, and we always remind you 60 days before a renewal so you can change or cancel. Care-only plans for equipment you already own are month to month.
What if equipment breaks?
While you're on a rental plan, we repair or replace it at no extra cost, and a licensed local partner does any site work.
